In the society we live in today, we are exposed to a lot of pressures that can have a negative impact on the way we see ourselves, and how confident we feel about the way we look. These pressures can include comparing ourselves to celebrities, what we see in the mainstream media, and the things we see online and on social media. We also put a lot of pressures on ourselves too! Sadly, this can sometimes cause us to lose ourselves, and miss out on appreciating all the blessings we have.
