Model Scout Academy – Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in or purchasing any service provided by Model Scout Academy (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. Professional Advice

Model Scout Academy provides industry-related training and guidance. However, any professional advice given during our sessions is general in nature. We are not liable for any outcomes, actions, or decisions made as a result of following such advice.

  1. No Guarantee of Modelling Work

Participation in our training programs, workshops, or portfolio services does not guarantee modelling work or representation. Our services are designed to educate and prepare aspiring models, but securing jobs in the industry is subject to external factors beyond our control.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to our structural relations with third parties refunds cannot be made under any circumstance.

We maintain a strict no refund policy, which includes:

  • No refunds for any deposits paid.
  • No refunds if you change your mind after booking a service online.
  • No refunds for missed appointments or non-attendance.
  • No refunds under any circumstances once payment has been made.
  1. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a service:

  • A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required.
  • For portfolio shoots, a minimum of 5 days’ written notice is required.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted via email and are subject to availability. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time, but this is not guaranteed.

  1. Online Bookings

All bookings made online are final. No refunds will be provided for change of mind or for any reason.

Once payment has been made, Model Scout Academy will contact you within 3 business days to arrange your booking. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST). We will work with you to arrange a suitable date and time for your service that works for all parties involved.

  1. Photo and Video Usage

By participating in any service provided by Model Scout Academy, you agree that photographs and/or video footage may be taken during your session. You grant us full permission to use this content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across all media platforms, without compensation or further consent.

  1. Course Content and Promotional Material

Any promotional material provided by Model Scout Academy is for illustrative purposes only and does not form a binding representation of the final course content or outcomes. We reserve the right to change, update, or remove content and course components at our discretion without notice.

  1. General Terms
  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
  • By purchasing any service from Model Scout Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
